Quick Start (1 minute) ▾
  1. Install MetaMask (desktop extension or mobile app).
  2. Ensure you’re on Ethereum Mainnet and have enough ETH for the purchase and gas.
  3. Open the Purchase Page → Click Connect Wallet → approve in your wallet.
  4. Enter amount in ETH → Buy → confirm the transaction.
  5. Add GLIP as a custom token to see your balance.

Token sale accepts ETH only.

Which wallets and devices are supported? ▾

MetaMask (desktop & mobile), WalletConnect-compatible wallets via MetaMask mobile’s browser, and hardware wallets (Ledger/Trezor) connected through MetaMask.

Desktop (Chrome/Brave/Edge + MetaMask extension) is simplest. On mobile, open the purchase page inside the wallet’s in-app browser so it can detect your wallet.

Can I use a hardware wallet? ▾

Yes. In MetaMask: Profile → Connect Hardware Wallet → follow prompts. Return to the purchase page and click Connect Wallet.

I clicked connect and nothing happens / “request already pending (-32002)”. ▾

Your wallet already has a connection request open. Open MetaMask and approve/deny it, or wait ~30s, then try again.

What happens when I click “Buy”? ▾

You send ETH to the sale contract. After on-chain confirmation, the contract issues GLIP to your wallet according to the sale terms.

ETH only — do not send USDT/USDC/other assets to the sale contract.

How much ETH do I need? ▾

Your chosen purchase amount plus gas. Gas fluctuates; keep a small buffer to avoid “insufficient funds for gas”.

I don’t see GLIP after purchase. ▾

Add GLIP as a custom token in MetaMask using the token address above. You can view your transaction in your wallet Activity or on Etherscan.

Are refunds or chargebacks possible? ▾

On-chain transactions are final once confirmed. Always verify amounts and addresses before signing.

Can I use a DEX instead? ▾

Yes—any DEX/aggregator on Ethereum Mainnet. Connect wallet → choose pair (e.g., ETH ↔ GLIP) → set a small slippage (0.5–1%) → Swap → confirm.

If selling an ERC-20 (e.g., USDT→GLIP), approve once. Selling ETH needs no approval.

Troubleshooting (no wallet / reverted / pending) ▾
  • No wallet detected: Install MetaMask; on mobile, use the wallet’s in-app browser.
  • Reverted/failed: Check you’re on Ethereum Mainnet, keep extra gas, try again with fresh gas estimate.
  • Pending too long: In MetaMask, Speed Up or cancel if available, then resend with higher gas.
  • User rejected: Click Buy again when ready and confirm.
